Speaker Bio:

Jim Emerick

Jim joined Chazey Partners in 2019 and has project managed transformations initiatives with large multinational public companies, private technology firms and higher education. He has also consulted with clients regarding supply chain, procurement, logistics and operations transformations. Jim brings more than 35 years of procurement, project management, finance, IT tool integration, and supply chain transformation leadership, driving process efficiency and increased client value. He knows how to create and guide high performing teams, collaborating across a wide spectrum of conditions, from back-office finance functions to R&D and New Product Introduction, through volume production as well as Capital projects.

Jim has led global organizations at the Ford Motor Company – including foreign service, Honeywell, and Checkpoint Systems, with multiple sites and brands and successfully transformed operating models. He is a leader that delivers committed goals as well as transformations to improved levels of performance. Specialties include Category Management, Supply Market Intelligence, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, Operations and Shared Services, ERP Implementation, Strategic Sourcing, Source to Pay leadership and Lean Process Improvement.

Jim has an MBA in Finance as well as a BSBA in Procurement and Human Resources from Bowling Green State University. He and his wife Tess live in Boise, Idaho – one of the fastest growing parts of the US, where they enjoy the charm of the city, and the mix of local arts, entertainment, and well-known scenic beauty. This includes being patrons of the Boise Philharmonic, where daughter Allison is the principal flutist.

Kristopher Rebman

Kristopher has worked with Chazey Partners since 2019, in both Business Transformation and Intelligent Automation capacities. 

As Intelligent Automation Delivery Manger, Kristopher is focused on the design and delivery of automation solutions, as well as the implementation of Business Intelligence tools, driving for both efficiency and insight in business processes.

Prior to joining Chazey Partners, Kristopher worked in system design and analysis for mechanical engineering research and full-scale testing, utilizing his strong skills in systems thinking and design to build testing systems and analyze the resulting outputs.

 Kristopher is trained in multiple data science tools and technologies and feels most at home when synthesizing data from multiple sources to define opportunities for improvement within organizations.
